When the hand of bank has a total of three, then the bank hand gets another card unless the 3rd card of the player was an eight. When the hand of bank has a total of four, then the bank gets another card unless the player's hand 3rd card is a zero, one, eight or nine. When the total hand of the bank is six, then the bank gets another card if the player's hand is a six or seven.

The main reason why a bank hand wager has a five percent commission is because that more than eight deck of cards, the bank wager will win in the game in just 3 to 4 hand more than the player hand.
Each card hand starts with a pair of cards, but another is given out depending on the rules that are set in the game. The person that is the casino dealer puts down a pair of cards in a face down position. The player in the game who has the biggest wager on the player hand receives a pair of cards that are also in the face down position. The player can then review the cards and handed them down to the dealer.
